Din cate am inteles, mustuiala(zdrobitura) reprezinta strugurii zdrobiti, pulpa, coaja si ciorchine...
Dupa ce-am citit si -am tot citit, am ajuns la concluzia ca "grape mash" ar fi corespondentul lui "mustuiala"...
