Thanks. I was also going to say "full-bodied" - but then I saw many references where "full-bodied" and "well constituted" are used about the same wine, so I figured they must be separate concepts.

In the tasting notes on page 6 or 7 "bien constituido" comes up as "flavoursome on the palate", and I'm not sure if that's as good as Alexander's suggestion, but the menu might be useful to you in general as it's bilingual. :)
