Originally from China, I have lived and worked in the UK for over 20 years. My skills in translation came from in-house training and projects I did for the Academy of Sinology Wales. I am also a translator for TED, using the Amara platform to translate subtitles for talks of wide ranging topics. For every subtitle I transcribed or translated, I receive peer review and approval via the worldwide OTP network. I prepare to make myself exemplary for newcomers to this industry!
