Ne cdo vend, atraksionet turistike, karakteristikat klimatike dhe ato te relievit terheqin turiste dhe promovojne edhe vlera te tjera tradicionale dhe kulturore. Nuk eshte per tu lene pa theksuar edhe tradita kulinare e nje vendi per te bere me interesante dhe me terheqes turizmin. Shqiperia ne vetvete perben nje vecanti ne traditen kulinare. Cdo qytet, krahine apo zone e Shqiperise, kuzhina ka specifikat e veta jo vetem ne emertimin e gatimeve tradicionale qe edhe pse te ngjashme shijet e kuzhines shqiptare kane te vecanta dalluese. Mbi te gjitha ne kuzhinen tradicionale shqiptare bie ne sy perdorimi i produkteve te fresketa nga toka dhe produktet e tjera vendase, te cilat kultivohen dhe rriten shpesh ne metoda artizanale pa nderhyrjen e teknologjise. Kjo na kthen jo vetem ne autenticitetin e tradites kulinare shqiptare por edhe ne nderthurjen e kuzhines orientale me ate mesdhetare, te ndikuara nga pozita gjeografike dhe historia e Shqiperise.

Not to mention the culinary tradition of a country which makes tourism more interesting and attractive. Albania has a special tradition culinary. Every city, province or region of Albania, has its own cuisine specification not only in the naming of traditional cuisines but also the taste of our dishes has distinctive features. Above all in the traditional Albanian cuisine natural uses natural products. The products are being cultivate and often expanded with craft methods without the intervention of modernity. This brings us back not only to the authenticity of the Albanian culinary tradition but also to the intertwining of the oriental cuisine with the Mediterranean, treated by the geographical position and history of Albania. |
