Hi! One of my collaborating partners is facing big problems with his current hosting service provider. It seems they wanted a particular management panel and they were given a plesk system, they wanted ftp service and there is none and mail server is perpetually failing. All this had lead to a lot of revenue loss and they want to sue the hosting service provider on the grounds of loss of revenue due to failing compliancy. Does anybody have an idea what these contracts look like and can give me useful ideas. All help will be much appreciated. It would be much more concrete, if any of you could send me a model contract, that lets win insight into such issues. Best Brandis
