Hello all,
I have a slight problem with Excel and Word.
I am using Office 2003, SP3 with Windows XP SP2.
In the startup folder of Word I have a .dot file including macros for a proprietary CAT tool (like the Trados7.dot file).
I created hyperlinks pointing to the docs in an excel file containing the list of files I have to translate (file names and directories were complex, therefore I wanted to make it simple).

Hello all,
I have a slight problem with Excel and Word.
When I click on the link in Excel, Word opens my files but does not fire the macros in my .dot file. I have to activate them by hand. If I open my file directly from Windows Explorer, everything is fine. Does anyone have an explanation to this behaviour?
Regards
