mystery font in FrameMaker (Japanese)

Is there someone who handled Japanese language in FrameMaker and came across with the missing corrupted font "稷穩 ﾐｽﾕｩ"? Since this is corrupted, it's non-Japanese font.

We are having a problem with this mystery font in the FM file. It has been replaced with MS Mincho but we cannnot generate the book with this file. We plan to convert the FM files to chm file with WebWorks.

Any tips will be greatly appreciated.
