G'day everyone

I just bought Omnipage 18 via the web. Has anyone else bought it recently? Can you tell me what steps you took to download it and get your serial numbers? After nearly an hour I still have no e-mail from Nuance, and although I can view my invoice on their web site, I have no idea where to download the thing. I also bought the EDS service, which is a download service, but I have no idea how to access that either.

Any hints, ideas?
