Class factory can not supply requested class

I am busy testing programs for counting words and writing invoices. Whenever I try to use AnyCount3.0 or CAT-Count or Practicount and invoice, I get :
Error opening MsApplication : Class factory can not supply requested class.
How do I solve this?

and it seems you have a problem with the Microsoft Scripting Runtime (or could be the JRE as well, if any of those programs uses Java).

Just in case, you can try downloading the latest version

Thanks. You are right. It are the codecs of Real player which cause my normal.dot to crash and makes this message appear.
Reinstalling Ms.Office will solve the problem.
