Designation of Jurisdiction of Venue

Any and all disputes, controversies or differences which may arise between the Parties hereto out of, in relation to or in connection with the execution, performance or non-performance or termination of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Country's District Court.
