It's time to get out the tabouli, sour cream, and dolmade
This is just not going to translate well into English... But, it means it's time to get out the "tabouli" (tabule), "sour cream" (the closest thing to "jocoque" that any native English speaker would comprehend), and "dolmade" (stuffed grape leaves).
