Source text - English Sigmund Freud was born in 1856. His family was Jewish, and spent a lot on his education. In 1873 he went to the University of Vienna, where he studied medicine. Soon after that, he became a doctor. Feud married a woman named Martha Bernays, and they had six children.
Freud won a scholarship to work with the neurologist Jean-Martin Charcot. The beginning of psychoanalysis came when Freud developed Charcot's ideas on hysteria. In 1886 Freud started his own work in hysteria. At first, he was interested in the causes and treatment of neurosis. Later he became interested in the development of the mind.
When Freud was 41, his father died. That resulted in a period of psychological turmoil, after which he studied his own thoughts and dreams. His mixed thoughts told him a lot about the unconscious, and his dreams were important for his book, "The Interpretation of Dreams".
Freud had a lot of friendships with famous people, e.g., Josef Breuer, with whom he wrote a book. Because of his strange ideas, he found it difficult to keep friends.
In 1902 Freud became a professor at the University of Vienna. In 1930 he was rewarded with the Goethe Prize for literature. On 23. September 1939 Freud died in London.

Seine gemischten Gedanken haben ihm viel über das Unterbewusste gezeigt, und seine Träume waren für sein Buch, ,,Die Traumdeutung", ganz wichtig.
Freud hat viele Freunschaften mit berühtmten Leuten, z.B., Josef Breuer, mit wem er ein Buch geschrieben hat. Wegen seiner komischen Ideen, hat er es schwierig gefunden, Freunde zu halten.
In 1902 ist Freud Professor an der Universität Wien geworden. In 1930 wurde er mit dem Gothe Preis für Literatur belohnt. Am 23. September 1939 ist Freud in London gestorben.
