① The “Model” of the “Entertainment Company” shall represent and warrant that she will not, during the term of this Agreement, appear in advertisements and promotion events of contact lens products of any other companies in Korea and abroad. In the event of any breach of this rule, the “Entertainment Company” and the “Model” shall compensate double the model fee to the “Advertising Agent.”
② During the term of this Agreement, the “Model” shall not commit any acts that may damage the advertising effect of the “Advertisement” or the reputation of the “Advertiser” or the “Advertising Agent”, which may include violating the laws and regulations or causing a social scandal (including but not limited to drink-driving, drugs, fraud and violence). These acts shall also include such violations that are stated in this Paragraph and happened before conclusion of this Agreement but has not became known to the public until the term of this Agreement
Translation - Korean 제 6항 (계약서의 준수)
1. 해당“연예기획사” 의 “모델”은 본 계약서의 존속기간 동안 한국과 해외에서 여타의 콘텍트 렌즈 제품의 광고와 프로모션 이벤트에 출연하지 아니 할 것임을 나타내며 보증해야 한다. 이러한 규칙을 위반하는 어떠한 경우라도 “연예기획사” 와 “모델”은 광고 에이전트에게 모델료의 두 배를 보상하여야 한다.
2. 본 계약서의 존속기간 동안 모델은 법과 규정을 위반할 수 있거나 사회적 물의를 야기 할 수 있는 (음주운전, 마약, 사기, 폭력 등에만 국한하지 아니하며) 해당광고의 광고효과 혹은 광고주 또는 광고 에이전트의 명성에 손상을 주는 어떠한 행동도 행하지 아니해야 한다. 이러한 행위들은 본 단락에서 언급 된 것들과 함께 본 계약서 결과 이전에 발생 하였으나 본 계약서의 존속기간까지 대중에게 알려지지 않아왔던 위반들을 포함해야 한다.
