It's a term appearing in a schedule for building construction with no additional context - it's just a label on a chart. The technical dictionary I checked translates "self-leveling" as セルフレベリング, but I feel it might refer to the self-leveling suspension in a car and not to the flooring.

Just for reference, this is the sort of thing I'm talking about: http://www.epoxy.com/1004.htm (it's just an example, not in any way connected to this particular job - just a result of an internet search).

Would セルフレベリング work in this context too? GLOVA would suggest so, but it provides another translation too: 自己均展. I was also considering 塗り床, but I think it's too wide - there are probably kinds of poured flooring that are not self-leveling.

Anyway, any help will be greatly appreciated.

According to my research:
Normally, floor base construction should be done by skilled plasterer for making flat base.
Self-leveling material reduces that finishing work.
