半導体の世界ではデジタル信号は絶えず0か1として振る舞い勝ちですが、現実は巻末の電気特性を見ると、その間は直角ではなくて、ある程度の傾きは止むを得ない。大体において無視できる問題ですが、それより大事なのは、周波数とパルス幅。ある程度の余裕はありますが、ノイズによりクロックパルスが極端に短くなったり長くなったりしていると、誤動作を招く場合があります。例としてパソコンの時計があります。

I¥'m not happy with クロック調整 because that suggests frequency which (a) is not the context here and (b) is usually handled by a phase-locked loop (PLL) or similar. How about クロック波形調整?
Cleaning is a very English way of saying ノイズ除去、LPFなどのクロック信号波形調整.
