Managing tourism destinations is an important part of controlling tourism's environmental impacts. Destination management can include land use planning, business permits and zoning controls, environmental and other regulations, business association initiatives, and a host of other techniques to shape the development and daily operation of tourism-related activities.
The term "destination" refers broadly to an area where tourism is a relatively important activity and where the economy may be significantly influenced by tourism revenues. Destination management is complicated by the fact that a single, recognizable destination may include several municipalities, provinces, or other government entities - in island environments it may be the entire country.
Participating governance structures led by local authorities, with the involvement of local NGOs, community and indigenous representatives, academia, and local chambers of commerce, make up what are known as "Destination Management Organizations" (DMOs). Often DMOs take the form of local tourism boards, councils, or development organizations. The network of local tourism businesses (hotels, attractions, transportation services, service providers such as guides and equipment rentals, restaurants, etc.) are also a significant part of a destination.

Interrogarse acerca del concepto de seguridad, en un momento histórico tan convulsionado como el que nos toca vivir, donde diariamente los medios de comunicación nos informan sobre atentados y guerras que no parecen tener fronteras, y que nos enfrentan a la realidad de un fuerte deterioro de la paz mundial, no es una tarea sencilla.
Países sumergidos en la pobreza, con un alto porcentaje de su población viviendo en la marginalidad, es la realidad con que nos enfrentamos a diario.
Creímos durante mucho tiempo que en materia turística, solo debíamos “vender” paisajes, y nos encontramos ahora con que también, y fundamentalmente, hay que “vender seguridad”.
Un ejemplo claro de esto es la brusca caída del turismo internacional en algunos destinos, como Israel, donde se registró en el período de un año, un decrecimiento del 51,1%, estrangulando de este modo su economía.
Estas son las leyes del mercado, siempre determinadas, por otras legalidades: las del sujeto. Un sujeto que hoy ve amenazada su integridad, no solo fuera de las fronteras de su propio país, sino a menudo, dentro de ellas.
“La seguridad debe ser interpretada como un estado subjetivo que nos permite percibir que nos desplazamos en un espacio exento de riesgos reales o potenciales. La falta de seguridad genera un conflicto, un choque o lucha de valores y derechos”.

Да се опитаме да се доближим до концепцията за сигурността в един исторически момент, толкова противоречив като този, в който живеем, когато средствата за масово осведомяване всекидневно ни информират за атентати и войни, които изглежда нямат граници, и които ни карат да се сблъскваме с една толкова объркана действителност, не е проста работа.
Държави, потънали в бедност, висок процент от населението на които живее на ръба на оцеляването, е действителност, с която се сблъскваме всеки ден.
Дълго време вярвахме, че в областта на туризма трябва само да „продаваме” пейзажи, а сега разбираме, освен това и преди всичко, че трябва да „продаваме” сигурност.
Ярък пример за това е резкият спад на международния туризъм в някои дестинации, като Израел например, когато за една година бе регистриран спад от 51,1%, който нанесе смъртоносен удар на икономиката.
Това са законите на пазара, детерминирани винаги от други закони – тези на индивида. На индивида, който вижда заплаха за сигурността си не само извън границите на собствената си държава, но често и вътре в нея.
„Сигурността трябва бъде интерпретирана като субективно състояние, което ни позволява да възприемем, че пътуваме в свободно пространство, изпълнено с реални и потенциални рискове. Липсата на сигурност поражда конфликт, сблъсък или борба на ценности и права.”

II. Определения
Кредитен процес. Кредитният процес обхваща периода след приемането на искането за кредит и документите към него и предоставянето им от клона в Кредитния център за преглед, оценка и вземане на решение по даденото искане.
Искане за кредит. Искането за кредит представлява комплект от документи, съдържащ молба с искане за кредит, документи за получаваните от клиента доходи, документи за обезпечението и др., съгласно одобрен от банката списък с документи. В искането за кредит клиентът отбелязва своите лични данни, данни за искания от него кредит и с подписа си удостоверява верността на подадените от него данни.
Клиент (кредитополучател). Клиентът е физическо (юридическо) лице, което кандидатства за кредит (кредитополучател). Клиентът подписва договора за кредит, по силата на който за него произтичат всички права и задължения.
Съкредитополучател. Съкредитополучателят е физическо лице, което може да бъде съпруг/съпруга на клиента, роднина по права и съребрена линя, близък приятел, който съвместно с клиента кандидатства за кредит, подписва договора за кредит, по силата на който за него произтичат всички права и задължения.
Солидарен длъжник. Солидарният длъжник е физическо (юридическо) лице, което участва солидарно с клиента в искането за кредит в случаите, когато клиентът няма необходимия доход, съгласно изискванията на банката. При разглеждането на доходите, към доходите на клиента се прибавят и доходите на солидарния длъжник. Солидарният длъжник подписва солидарно с клиента договора за кредит.
Поръчител. Поръчителят е физическо (юридическо) лице, което участва солидарно в искането за кредита, като с личните си доходи гарантира и обезпечава пред банката искания от клиента кредит.

II. Definitions
Credit process. The credit process spreads over the period after accepting the loan request application form and the supporting documentation and their submitting from the Branch Office to the Credit Centre for examination, evaluation and decision-making regarding the given application.
Loan request. A loan request is a set of documents, consisting of a loan request application form, statements of income, collateral documents, etc., in accordance with a list of documents, approved by the bank. In the loan request the client fills in his/her personal data, data regarding the loan applied for, and with his/her signature verifies the authenticity of the data provided.
Client (borrower). The client is a private individual or a legal entity who applies for a loan (borrower). The client signs the loan agreement under which he/she is entitled to all rights and obligations.
Co-borrower. A co-borrower is a private individual who could be client’s spouse, relative in direct or collateral line, close friend who applies for a loan jointly with the client, signs the loan agreement under which he/she is entitled to all rights and obligations.
Joint debtor. A joint debtor is a private individual or a legal entity who applies for a loan jointly with the client in case that the client does not have the necessary income according to the requirements of the bank. During the income examination process the income of the joint debtor is added to the client’s income. The joint debtor signs the loan agreement jointly with the client.
Surety. A surety is a private individual or a legal entity who applies for a loan jointly with the client and guarantees and secures before the bank with his/her personal income the loan requested by the client.
