Hello,
I'm translating directly from a pdf which cannot be converted into doc file. Is there any software that coordinates viewing the pdf file while translating in the doc file? I'm getting really tired of switching between them every moment.

Not sure exactly what you are after. Microsoft Word 2013 can open PDF files, so that might be an option if you have that version.
In Windows 7 (and 8?), you can drag a window to the far right or left of the screen to auto-tile it to that half, then do the same for the other. Then you can see both if you fiddle with the zoom ratios enough. You can use CafeTran's Clipboard Workflow:
Start CafeTran.
Start the Clipboard Workflow. CafeTran will start "listening" to the clipboard.
Open the PDF.
Select a whole paragraph (instead of just one sentence).
Press Ctrl+c. CafeTran will take over and present all sentences in the paragraph one by one in its translation editor.
Repeat this for all paragraphs in the document.

but I don't think you can use the CafeTran Clipboard workflow to translate scanned PDFs. However, you can use the "Image-Paper" workflow ("paper document" in the Project Manager), which will solve your problem nicely. Not that I ever tried, though...
Or you can try to OCR the PDF, of course.

You're probably right with your interpretation of "a pdf which cannot be converted into doc file": a scanned image (instead of a text PDF).

I would open the scanned pdf in Adobe, export as an MS Word document, open this document as well as a new document (for the translation), then set simultaneous scrolling as in the case of two „normal” MS Word documents. Hope this works for you too.

Assuming that your PDF file is not too long, you might consider snipping it into segments and pasting the resultant segments or paragraphs into a Word file. Then you can translate segment by segment, much as you would with a CAT tool. Then, when you are done with your translation, all you need to do is delete the PDF snippets, and voilà!
You can take this yet a step further and open your PDF snippets as if they were text with WordFast Classic. It will treat each image as if it were...
