Good morning,

I'm experiencing a strange issue with Projetex and am wondering if anyone has any idea what's going on. I already logged a support ticket with AIT, but unfortunately their office is closed today because of a public holiday.

I'm experiencing a strange issue with Projetex and am wondering if anyone has any idea what's going on. I already logged a support ticket with AIT, but unfortunately their office is closed today because of a public holiday.

I'm working with version 8.5.1, build 202 on Windows 7. This afternoon I was allocating payments and creating additional phantom invoices for each payment as usual when suddenly I wasn't able to change the date for one particular phantom payment anymore, which was always possible previously. I was puzzled but ignored the error message telling me that dates of phantom invoices cannot be changed (although I have ALWAYS changed them up to now!) and continued with the next payment. Then I noticed that the 'Add Phantom Invoice' field is now greyed out permanently and simply not available anymore. I didn't change any settings and have no idea what could have happened there.

I already uninstalled and reinstalled the entire software and rebooted my computer.

Any ideas anyone? This is a bit frustrating, as I can't allocate any more payments until this function starts working again.
