Hi. Does anyone know about a program that would copy the original tables from a PDF document, and allow some adjustments. I would really appreciate any suggestions.

Adobe Acrobat has a feature whereby, when right-clicking over selected text, the menu offers "Copy as table" or even "Open table in spreadsheet."
What you mean by "allow some adjustment" is not clear, though.

What I meant was that I would like to copy the original tables, remove the data and use them somehow for my target text. By adjustment I meant that they should stretch, the columns and raws because some terms may be longer or shorter in English.
