Tengo TMs de MemoQ y Trados Studio y quiero usarlas en Wordfast 5. Si alguien conoce el proceso les agradezco me expliquen.

TMX is the way to go Sep 19, 2022

You should convert the TMs to the tmx (Translation Memory eXchange) format. Provisions for doing so are built in both memoQ and Trados Studio.
