Je pense q'il s'agit de cela.
Un peu comme sur une voiture, mais en beaucoup plus "costaud".
Je crois me souvenir par contre qu'il est vertical en position dessérrée et oblique ou presque horizontal en position serrée. Cela rappelle au mécanicien de le desserrer avant de démarrer.
