Creación de escenas (antirrobo) (se encienden luces, abren y cierran ventanas y persianas… para simular que hay alguien en casa)

Simulation of occupancy (to deter burglars)

I don't think a literal translation will work at all here. If you use 'simulation' for 'Creación de escenas', you will have to translate 'simular' as 'give the impression' or similar.

I think the punctuation needs changing in English, too.

So something like:

Simulation of occupancy to deter burglars - switching lights on, opening and closing windows and blinds, to give the impression that there's somebody home.

Creation of Situational Exercises (anti-theft)

This seems to be the idea - "Situational Exercises (anti-theft)" may suffice depending on what the text is used for.

Hope to help.
