Credo che la soluzione sia questa --> "aortic outflow tract"
Il seguente documento descrive una operazione molto simile, solo che il patch non è autologo (ossia non proviene dal paziente stesso), ma di origine animale:
This report describes the use of a bovine pericardial patch to close the aortic outflow tract in a patient with a mechanical aortic valve and end-stage cardiomyopathy who required urgent left ventricular assist support.

And no, luckily I "only" have to translate into English this time...
middle pulmonary artery??? What did the Italian say?
right infundibulum with no exit - see blind infundibulum or blind infundibular chamber (of the right ventricle)
Truncus type 1: A residue of the middle pulmonary artery is present that ends in the right infundibulum with no exit (in italian: infundibulo destro a fondo cieco).
