Drodzy, jak napisać w mailu służbowym, do osób z Firmy ( dwóch Pań na wyższych stanowiskach), podziękowanie za zaproszenie. Chodzi mi jedynie o sam zwrot grzecznościowy, chciałbym napisać Drogie Panie.

I wouldn't say that 'Dear Ladies' is frivolous. But I don't think that it's a correct salutation in the context. Unless, perhaps, you know them very, very well. To me, it seems a highly familiar manner of address.
