Je dois traduire une légalisation de signature de l'anglais (Kenya) vers le français et je bloque sur cette phrase, surtout la dernière partie ("to be given in Court and without"):
"... is a Notary Public, duly admitted and to all Acts, Instruments and other Writings by him signed and attested full faith is and ought to be given in Court and without".
J'ai vu qu'un traducteur italien avait déjà posé la même question, mais, malheureusement, je ne comprends pas l'italien.
