Yeah, but the core answer won't work. It's basically a maxim which is somewhat vaguely connected to the subject but not really, especially not in continental systems. In the Polish system, in particular, audiatur et altera pars is a standard quip for the principle of objectivity (Article 4 of the Code), while the adversarial principle is a separate one and has a different role. It basically shapes the model/dynamic of the proceedings as opposed to being a maxim or notion.
