English to French Law/Patents Law (general) Management Agreement

Dans un Management Agreement (pour un restaurant/snack bar et spa = le Projet), au titre des obligations incombant au Gérant:


Establish, supervise and implement a sales and marketing program for the Project consistent with Property standards, and in conjunction therewith, plan, prepare, arrange and contract for all advertising, publicity and promotional activities for the Project, the expenses of which shall exclude the cost of any share of corporate marketing campaigns of Lessor and Project;
