Контекст 1:

Контекст 2:
"A communication apparatus, an air conditioning system having the same, and a communication method for the air conditioning system using a refrigerant pipe are provided."

Правильно ли я понимаю, что в таком контексте словосочетание "having the same" (без продолжения) относится к предшествующему устройству?

В примере 1 получается, что "the same" - это "a standing wave electron linear accelerator (107)", тем самым входящий в состав каждой из перечисленных "inspection system"...

А в примере 2 "the same" - это "communication apparatus", входящий в "air conditioning system"...
