Partner Originated Sale is a **Closed Won opportunity** in SFDC brought to XXX by a partner where there was no pre-existing open opportunity within SFDC in relation to such deal or similar (a “New Opportunity”).
Partner Co-Sell Sale is a **Closed Won opportunity** in SFDC which is not a Partner Originated Sale but where a Partner has demonstrated positive influence and taken specific actions to assist in winning the business and in which the partner participates in the deal commercially either through prior arrangement with XXX or through a commercial consulting relationship with the customer.
