Al frente

continues above

followed by "continues over" ?

When you get to the end of the column, go to the top of the same page to read the next column. When you get to the end of the second column, the information continues on the reverse of the page

Peer comment(s):

agree MollyRose : Since both columns are on the same side of the page, this answer seems to make the most sense. Maybe "continued at the top (of the next column)" and "continued on the back."

Yes Molly, that might well do. Thanks!
agree omnia_vanitas : I'm currently translating a similar document from the same institution. Patinba and MollyRose are correct. "Continued on the next column" and "continued on the back". Thank you for your insights!
