I am not quite sure what is meant by the above somewhat cryptic term.

I suppose that the "offre" refers to the actual "supply" as opposed to the potential yield?

But "Announced potential yield" does not sound right and does not bring up any google hits.

Perhaps there is a better translation for this term?
