ancillary administration/administrator
English to German
Law/Patents
Law (general)
Aus einem US-amerikanischen Testament:
(...) Power to Act as Ancillary Personal Representative - If ancillary administration of my estate within or outside the State of California should be considered advisable in the opinion of my Executor, they shall act as ancillary administrators, but if they are unable to act as such, then they are authorized to appoint such person or corporation as they may select as such ancillary administrator. The expenses of such ancillary administration shall be paid out of my residuary estate.
Danke!

Definition:
Ancillary administration is "administration of an estate's asset's in another state ."[2] This is often a necessary procedure in probate, because the decedent may own property in a state other than his domicile, which is subject to the law of the state in which it sits.
An ancillary administrator is the personal representative who handles the property in the other state under ancillary administration.[3] Most major court systems will have forms and checklists for ancillary administrators to use.[4]

Hilfsnachlassabwicklung↑
