Well, Cathy, I used to specialise on St. Kilda Beach in Melbourne and on Palm Beach in Queensland, but I'm not saying in what.
BTW, 'prosecutorial discretion' as such might be slightly ambiguous for your purposes, namely meaning not only to exercise a discretion whether to prosecute, but also a prosecution's discretion e.g. to make disclosure of any exonerating evidence held. That's why I reworded that entry (before anyone claims it is superior).

Gracias! As I commented, I don't think prosecutorial discretion is entirely free of ambiguity for the prosecution's discretion to do something other than prosecute.
