I am proofreading a Powerpoint document written by a Dutch national aimed at tax accountants in the EU. I'm unsure as to what the term 'entitlement' refers to in these phrases:
XXX provided background data on respondents: region, usage and entitlement data. We crossed the data from this study with the total usage and total entitlement data (not split per title).
Net sample: 878 completed questionnaires. Among these 878 respondents, 249 respondents are registered users (have a frequency of at least 1 for one title in the data provided by IBFD) whilst 186 of the 878 respondents have an entitlement.
Data which relate to the experiences with the TRP are based on respondents that indicated in the questionnaire that they have experience with the TRP.

The intended users are tax professionals (the question mentioned this, too). In order to create an account on the TRP, you need to specify your work title and category, and to get free access to some of the content, you need a corporate or academic email address.
What exactly is this about? Who are the "users", and what are the "titles"? And what does TRP stand for?
IBFD is International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation.
You could always ask them to say it in Dutch, which is one of my languages.
