Reinschr. gef.

Law (general)
I'm translating some police records from the city of Leipzig, German (1919-1933). In the file, there are many letters of inquiry to various courts and other authorities. In the margins, I occasionally run across the phrase "Reinschr. gef." immediately following a date. I'm assuming "Reinschr." = Reinschrift. Various searches online have produced several occurrences of "Reinschrift gef./gel." The mystery is: what does the "gef." stand for here?

Reinschrfit: entry no. 2 engrossment, Langenscheidt.
NB in Austria aws well as historically in Germany, gefertigt is also short for the legalistic term of unterfertigt, so unterzeichnet.
