Oui, droit de rétractation semble bien correspondre au contenu de la clause qui a pour objet de limiter ledit droit en raison de pertes susceptibles d'être encourues par le vendeur eu égard aux fluctuations de prix. L'intitulé en anglais est une erreur (sans doute une mauvaise traduction d'un contrat rédigé en une autre langue que l'anglais) puisque right of recall relève du droit du travail (aux USA et au Canada, y compris francophone où l'on trouve, dans ce contexte, droit de rappel), tandis que right to recall fait plus souvent référence à un droit civique portant sur la révocation d'un élu.
