This is the motto of a Religious Congregation founded in Brazil.
Some things are hidden in there, but the meaning is basically this: TO HAVE Jesus all. TO BE all of Jesus.
I don't feel "JESUS ALL. ALL FOR JESUS" is correct. I feel it loses the meaning of belonging already to Jesus in the second part since "for" sounds it is being offered still.
Would "Jesus all. All of Jesus" be an option?
To those who are familiar with Latin, it is "IESUS TOTUS. TOTUS IESUS"
