It seems to be this.
1ª h: *tejer el segundo p por delante del primero en pd, luego tejer el primer punto también en pd*. Repetir de *a* toda la hilera.
2ª h: tejer toda la hilera en pr.
Place Right Hand Needle (RHN) in front of Left Hand Needle (LHN) and keep the yarn in the back.
Skip the first stitch and insert needle tip knitwise into front loop of second stitch…
(no lo entiendo, termnos en US english are not British,...p e knit one, pearl 2....
