English to Russian Law/Patents Law (general)

Administrative fulfillments:
(i) to act on behalf of the Company and to carry out any matter concerning the employees (including the release of the excerpts of the payrolls and certificates) both with social security, insurance and welfare entities, the competent authorities and the other public and private entities, taking care to fulfil the duties of the Company as withholding agent, with the power to execute, for the purpose of such fulfilments, declarations, statements and any other deed and certificates according to laws, (ii) to carry out any deed, to prepare execute, implement, keep, register and file all documents required pursuant to Italian laws and to carry out any deed required or appropriate to fulfil the obligations set out by the laws in connection with the management of the employees, (iii) to carry out the relevant formalities, including the issuance of powers of attorney and mandates to professionals for the fulfilment of the above mentioned obligations.
