I need to create a glossary concerning online manipulation and deception of internet users. I'm looking for what the French term would be for 'grinding' (repetitive play) in the context of online gaming. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grinding_(video_games)
Would you just typically use the English term or is there a real equivalent? I find "grinder" in poker terminology, not sure if this applies to online gaming too.
Thanks in advance to any French gaming experts who can help!

: Grinding is more accurate (idea of repetitive and tedius task) , farming is wayyy more used. Gamers typically use this. Also, "farming" can be used as a verb => "farmer" or "farm" => "Je dois farmer", "j'ai bien farm là".
