11.3.4 the Developer so desires, for any reason, in accordance with Clause 12.4.3;
11.3.5 the Developer sells the Property, in accordance with Clause 12.4.3.4;
i. in the opinion of the Expert, the Operator fails consistently to maintain the Standards in accordance with Clause 3.2; and
ii. Intentionally Deleted
