I will keep the name of the network in French but would like to provide an unofficial Eng. translation in square brackets.

Maybe I don't understand the question ...
REPSTATS seems to be an acronym of the type formed with a logical reasoning peculiar to the French (and derivatives thereof, apparently). Here, 'stats' would appear to be a trendy version of données:

If you want to translate 'REPSTATS' (like NATO becomes OTAN, WHO becomes OMS, UN becomes ONU, etc.) I guess you would start with STATS and end with the start of however you want to translate répondants (and répondantes). STATSRESP?
Or is it the expansion réseau des répondants et des répondantes des données de la réussite that is the problem?
