TMEA - Turkey, the Middle East and Africa
Both are used to describe the same geographical and economic area - it's just the order of the countries in the acronym that changes. Some companies and institutions use one format, other companies and institutions use the other format. There doesn't seem to be a single agreed acronym for this grouping of countries and regions so far, unlike e.g. APEC, LATAM, BRIC etc..
Though MOTA, suggested by Althea, is META in English and not TMEA, her answer has got me thinking to be honest.
