English to French Law/Patents Law (general)

The Company has not made nor is liable to make any payment under any such arrangement save in consideration for the transfer of Tax refunds allowable to the Company by way of discharge from liability to corporation Tax and mergers equivalent to the Taxation for which the Company would have been liable would it not have been for the transfers; and the Company has received all payments due to it under any such arrangement or agreement or transfer of Tax refunds made by it and no such payment is likely to be repaid.
