"Figure 5 shows the assembled cutting unit 21 on an enlarged scale. The guide bar 43 includes a support rod 43B, which urges an animal leg part (not shown in Figure 5) towards the cutting knife 51. This support rod 43B is adjustable by a set screw 43C. The cutting knife 51 is also mounted *to be adjustable for reach*, and this is accomplished by a knife holder 71 which is fixedly connected to the knife adjuster lever 55, and by a set screw 73 mounted to the knife holder 71 and engaged in an elongate aperture 75 of the cutting knife 51."
