A dialogue between the leader and the organization was encouraged enabling the leader to assess themselves of their capabilities, their ambitions, career paths available and development options. A ***multi-input feedback*** on performance in the context of the changing business scenarios provided new knowledge and skills requirements of the role. From a personal point of view, exploration of motivations, “career anchors” and other kinds of personal fulfillment for the choice of learning’s was also done.
