: 権利とライセンスは違うのではないでしょうか？cinefilさんのリンクも投資に関するもので、その場合によっては合っています。＋すいません、説明不足でした。right to licenseですから、ライセンスが抜けているのでは？独占ライセンスと独占権は違うと思います。

licenseは日本語でもライセンスと呼びます。
first right of refusal は一般的に第一優先権（直訳するとfirst right to priority）だと思います。
