So after all, the meaning is something like イルカの鰭の入ったツナ（缶詰）.
However, without this background information, I think it will be very difficult to translate in a way that is meaningful to the target audience.

こんなものの「長所」なんてあるわけがありません。しかし、イルカの安全を考えた鮪の取り方の様な環境を守る考え方をPC等といって、自分たちをクールだと思っているタイプの人が言いそうなせりふです。
すなわち、「イルカ犠牲製マグロのかっこいいところ」見たいな物でしょう。
