I am translating a manual for an automated VFFS machine.
Can you please provide alternative translations for the term 'due' in the sentence below?
"Should the Buyer fail to attend the test, on the date as specified above, the Seller shall consider the tested and delivered machine/line as being approved by the Buyer, as far as machine design, engineering, assembled components, manufacturing quality and technical features are concerned (performance excluded). Consequently the payment of the relevant amount shall be due".
