I'm sorry guys, I'm locked I guess and I am not thinking very clearly. I post this and I'll take a break.
According to the reference material I've been provided with, LEADER may mean LOW EMISSIONS ADVANCE ENGINE RANGE, but since the whole catalogue is in CAPS, I don't know what is an acronym and what is not. This may just be "Base and value leader models", but it could also be "Base and value LEADER models".
Context? This is an automotive catalogue... that's all the context I have...
